Location: We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer for the BC Place Stadium.

Sodexo Live! is the Official Supplier of Food and Beverage Services to BC Place Stadium. BC Place is a multi-purpose stadium in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Located at the north side of False Creek, it is owned and operated by the BC Pavilion Corporation, a Crown corporation of the province. Home to BC Lions, Vancouver White Caps, Concerts and Live events, the facility hosts welcomes hundreds of thousands of fans each year, while generating significant economic activity for the Province.

Job Overview:

The Graphic Designer supports Food & Beverage, Premium, and partnership initiatives by developing, maintaining, and executing visual assets that enhance the guest experience and support revenue-generating activities within a live-event hospitality environment.
The role is to support marketing demands, and event-day execution requirements. This position provides consistent, accurate, and brand-aligned visual communication across multiple departments while aligning with established leadership direction and organizational standards.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce digital and print assets supporting Food & Beverage, Premium, Catering, and Partnership initiatives.
  • Support the development and maintenance of venue-wide visual standards to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain templates and design systems to support operational efficiency during event-day execution.
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, partnerships, and corporate teams to translate business needs into effective visual communication.
  • Apply hospitality marketing principles to guest-facing materials to support clarity, sales, and premium experiences.
  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Maintain internal libraries of design assets, photography, and multimedia content.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows and design processes. Perform other related duties as required within the scope of the role.
  • In addition to venue-based responsibilities, this role provides design support to corporate marketing initiatives as required.
  • A portion of the role's capacity is allocated to corporate projects, with time tracked and billed accordingly.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Experience as a Graphic Designer (ideally in marketing, events, or hospitality)
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite-Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, partnerships)
  • Ability to create visuals that are both appealing and revenue-driven

Other Requirements:

  • Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise
  • Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
