Restaurant General Manager in Training (QSR Experience Required)

We are hiring experienced restaurant/QSR managers ready to grow into a General Manager role. Candidates must have at least 2 years of restaurant/QSR management experience in Canada and be legally eligible to work here.

Key Responsibilities (GMIT progressing to GM)

As a GMIT, you’ll learn and gradually assume responsibility for all aspects of running a Domino’s restaurant:

• Oversee day-to-day operations — opening/closing, service quality, cleanliness, safety, and brand standards
• Assist in managing labor and food costs, monitor waste, and control inventory
• Participate in vendor ordering, receiving, and supplier relationship management
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, mentor, and evaluate staff
• Develop team schedules, manage shift coverage, and adjust staffing based on demand
• Lead by example — coaching staff to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Handle customer issues with effective service recovery to maintain guest satisfaction
• Manage administrative tasks including payroll, deposits, POS reports, cash balancing, and daily paperwork
• Monitor and analyze store KPIs and performance metrics, making improvements where needed
• Plan and support local marketing, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
• Progressively assume P&L accountability, budgeting, and forecasting responsibilities as training is completed
