A vibrant seniors care residence in Vancouver, BC, is seeking a dynamic Manager of Therapeutic Recreation & Volunteer Services to steer their care home's innovative leisure programs. 

Reporting to the Director of Care, you'll champion resident-centered therapeutic recreation while supervising a dedicated team and engaging directly with residents, volunteers, and community partners.

This role offers you a unique blend of hands-on leadership and strategic oversight: from implementing meaningful programs that enrich residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being, to coordinating volunteers and managing special events. 

As a valued member of the interdisciplinary team, you'll influence quality of life and resident engagement, while ensuring compliance with provincial standards and best practices.

• Location:  Vancouver
• Salary:  $68,000 to $78,000 
• Benefits:  Robust package including MPP. 
• Qualifcations:  3+ years of experience in long-term care or dementia care; CTRS credential, and proven leadership skills with a passion for seniors care.
