This position interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and service, and to prepare invoices and quotations. Also updating inventory on system, following up with orders and status update to clients.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide administrative / operational support
· Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional manner
· Handle and manage incoming phone calls efficiently
· Prepare quotation, sales orders, and invoices
· Assist in procurement and sourcing activities
· Arrange shipment booking
· Coordinate closely with the warehouse department for stock replenishment
· Monitor and manage the orders fulfillment on online retail platforms, ensuring timely processing and accurate delivery
· Conduct after-sales follow-up and respond to customer inquiries
· Responsible for general administrative and clerical duties
· Other duties as required
SUPERVISION RECEIVED
This position requires a medium level of independent judgement and decision making. Suited for well structured and organized individuals who require minimal supervision.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
· High school diploma
· Fluency in English
· Strong organizational skills
· Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to set priorities and work effectively under pressure of deadlines
· Good team player to work collaboratively in a team environment
ADDITIONAL SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Previous customer service and warehouse management an asset
· Fluency in Second language is an asset
