AP Chinese Online Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced AP Chinese Online Tutor to support high school students in preparing for the AP Chinese Language and Culture exam. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, highly proficient in Mandarin Chinese, and familiar with the AP curriculum and exam format.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive online tutoring sessions for AP Chinese students
• Develop customized lesson plans based on student proficiency and goals
• Prepare students for all components of the AP exam (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Provide constructive feedback on assignments, essays, and practice tests
• Track student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
• Strong understanding of the AP Chinese Language and Culture exam
• Prior teaching or tutoring experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable internet connection and ability to conduct online lessons

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching AP-level or high school Chinese
• Familiarity with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chinese language, education, or related field
